In honour of our 20th anniversary celebration, we proudly present an exclusive three-day culinary collaboration with Michelin-starred Colombian chef Juan Manuel Barrientos—“Juanma”—the visionary behind Elcielo in Bogotá, Medellín, Miami, and Washington D.C., alongside our award-winning Executive Chef Daniele Cason. Indulge in a 10-course tasting menu that masterfully blends Colombian flair with refined Italian tradition, featuring signature dishes such as Yucca Flatbread with Akio’s Jamon and Buffalo Mozzarella.
