Step into the season of sunlit days and garden blooms with our Summer Afternoon Tea, served at The Authors’ Lounge, a cherished icon of Bangkok’s cultural and literary heritage. The afternoon tea features 13 handcrafted sweet and savoury creations such as a strawberry tartlet sorbet with lemon ginger crèmeux, rhubarb and jasmine tea flan, cherry amaretto Danish, apricot and curry tartlet, and warm scones served with rose petal and raspberry jam, clotted cream, mascarpone or butter.
Savouries include prawn cocktail with tobiko and orange gel, smoked salmon rillette with piment d’Espelette cream, coronation chicken with apricot gel on curry bread, summer truffle and cream cheese, and turkey ham with Comté and Dijon mayonnaise on pumpernickel.
