Originally from Padova, near Venice, and inspired by his Moroccan heritage, Chef Zouhair refined his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens across Italy, France, and Japan.

At Casa Amor Dubai, alongside our resident Chef Emanuele Rizzo, he infuses the vibrant spirit of our bohemian beach house into dishes with bold, unexpected flavours.
